If you are having difficulty logging on to your account, make sure that you have your 3rd party cookies enabled. Blocking can prevent you from logging on. Here are some tips to enable third party cookies:
- You may need to set your browser to accept ‘third party cookies’. Depending on the browser, you may need to set it up to accept third party cookies. This will be under ‘Internet options or internet properties’ and is typically listed in the privacy category.
- For example; Firefox – go to Tools-Options-Privacy- History to change your settings.
- Because of the number of browsers and versions we are unable to give specific instructions for each one. If you are unfamiliar with changing this setting in your preferred browser, a simple search of your browser’s help section will walk you through the process.
Also be sure that your WiFi signal is strong enough for streaming videos.
